As a certified Project Management Professional and a breast cancer survivor, I found a way to use my schedule to create peace in my mind, home and life.
Unlike most time management coaches, I’m not going to just give you time management tips and send you on your way. I’m also not going to focus on productivity alone and expect that to solve all of life’s problems.
I use a combination of project management and mindset coaching strategies to help you plan in a way that aligns with your priorities, while also doing the deeply personal work to address the core issues preventing you from being consistent.

We will meet weekly for our private 60 minute phone or video calls. We discuss your challenges, get to the root cause, identify your vision and then get to work designing and executing on the plan that will get you there.

Voxer is an encrypted text and voice messaging app I use for extra support during the weekdays. Life is still happening in between sessions and waiting for the next private session may not be practical.
