Voxer is an encrypted text and voice messaging app I use for extra support during the weekdays. Life is still happening in between sessions and waiting for the next private session may not be practical.
You’ll get tough love, encouragement and an accountability partner. The goal is to create sustainable change through actions that shift your perspective and transform your life.
